Refund & Warranty Policy

At PACAU (VENDGO), we provide high-performance industrial equipment. Because our machines are significant capital investments, we have established a professional and transparent return process.

1. Return Conditions & Inspection

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. While we allow for machines to be tested, all returns are subject to a physical inspection upon arrival at our warehouse:

  • Physical Integrity: The machine must show no obvious external scratches, dents, or signs of physical trauma. Units with cosmetic damage may be ineligible for a full refund.
  • Original Packaging: You must retain and use the original wooden crate for the return to ensure safe LTL transit.
  • Return Logistics: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the LTL Freight shipping back to our facility.

2. Variable Restocking Fee

We do not charge a fixed return fee. Instead, a restocking and inspection fee (up to 20%) may be applied at our discretion based on the following factors:

  • The actual condition of the machine upon return.
  • Completeness of original accessories and documentation.
  • The cost of re-palletizing and technical re-certification.

*If the machine is returned in pristine, like-new condition, this fee may be reduced or waived entirely.

3. One-Year Warranty & Professional Solutions

All equipment is covered by a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty. For quality or technical issues, we provide the following instead of standard returns:

  • Expert Technical Support: Remote diagnosis and troubleshooting with our US-based or corporate engineers.
  • Repair Protocols: Detailed guidance to resolve any hardware or software malfunctions.
  • Replacement Parts: Free components shipped to you for any verified manufacturing defects during the warranty period.
